Mandy had great ideas, advice and suggestions giving us different options to consider, taking into account our concerns about lighting and privacy. We completed our window treatments in 2 installations, firstly installing wooden blinds in December 2011 and sunscreen roller blinds in March 2013. Mandy is a perfectionist when it comes to measuring blinds, and went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy. The blinds arrived in a timely manner and installation was super quick and professionally done. We decided against installing the blinds ourselves - the installer arranged by Mandy was friendly, helpful, polite, efficient, and took the time to clean up afterwards. The blinds are perfect and I've received many compliments from family and friends about how great they look. I am very pleased with the quality, colour and perfect fit of the blinds and efficiency of the job. The whole process was seamless and low stress. I highly recommend Mandy – she provides outstanding customer service, and is very friendly and professional.
